We believe that play is the best way for children to learn, allowing them to explore and investigate at their own pace, gain an understanding of problem-solving, and ultimately nurture a love of the process and skills building.
CHILD LED
While our packs are designed to support learning of preschool age, all children develop different skills at different times, and we strongly engage parents, caregivers, and educators to be led by their child’s capabilities and interests.
NATURE INSPIRED
Nature is our greatest teacher and we endeavour to use Mother Nature’s gifts as inspiration wherever we can by including nature walk prompts, play activities that include natural materials, and themes that teach children about the natural world.
GENTLE STRUCTURE
Every family approaches home-schooling differently. Your child may be home full time or they may split their time between home and a Kindergarten environment. Take what suits you and leave what doesn’t align with your daily rhythm.

I’m Hannah, the creator of the weekly lesson plans, resources and fun creative things here at Tiny Wildfolk. I am a qualified teacher and love to support parents with easy to use resources that support their child’s learning. My husband, Scott, is our exceptional tech support, biggest cheerleader, and the main reason Tiny Wildfolk didn’t just remain a daydream.
